Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unused linens in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
